For over 30 years, Randy C. Schustal has focused on all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation and divorce agreements, equitable distribution of property, custody & parenting time, financial support, collaborative law, same sex custody disputes and matrimonial procedures. The firm also adeptly handles real estate transactions, estate planning, wills, landlord tenant issues, name changes and other areas of law.
Randy was admitted to the Bar in 1989 and graduated from both Brooklyn Law School and New York University with honors. She has received special recognition from the American Bar Association and is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association Marital Pro-bono Program and the Richmond County Bar Association. She has been appointed to consult on matters before the Supreme Court matrimonial division and over the course of 30 years she has successfully resolved and tried matters both in the lower courts and the appellate division.
